How to make it
Use about 1/4 teaspoon per 8 to 10 fl oz of hot or cold water and stir. For iced tea, dissolve the powder in a little hot water first, then top with cold water and ice. For a 64 fl oz pitcher, start with about 2 teaspoons; for a gallon, about 4 teaspoons.
Frequently asked questions
Which unflavored tea should I start with?
Choose black for a bolder cup or milk tea, green for a lighter iced tea, or decaf black for evenings.
How much caffeine is in it?
Approximately 35 mg per 1/4 teaspoon for black and green, and about 0.17 mg for decaf black.
Can I use it for loaded teas?
Yes. It dissolves in cold water and you set the strength by the spoonful, which makes it a common tea base.
