Why a powder goes so far
The powder is brewed tea with the water removed, so a serving weighs a fraction of a tea bag. That is how one 4.5 oz pouch makes up to 200 cups.
How to make it
Use about 1/4 teaspoon per 8 to 10 fl oz of hot or cold water and stir. For iced tea, dissolve the powder in a little hot water first, then top with cold water and ice. For a 64 fl oz pitcher, start with about 2 teaspoons; for a gallon, about 4 teaspoons.
