How the flavors taste
The fruit-flavored teas are unsweetened, so the fruit comes through as flavor rather than sweetness. Add your own sweetener if you like. The Cinnamon Sugar Té de Olla is the exception: it is a Mexican-style spiced black tea that is lightly sweetened with real cane sugar.
Loaded teas and pitchers
Flavored green tea is a common base for homemade loaded teas because it dissolves in cold water and you control the strength. Travel/sample packets make it easy to test combinations.
How to make it
Use about 1/4 teaspoon per 8 to 10 fl oz of hot or cold water and stir. For iced tea, dissolve the powder in a little hot water first, then top with cold water and ice. For a 64 fl oz pitcher, start with about 2 teaspoons; for a gallon, about 4 teaspoons.
