How do I make it?
The powder is concentrated, so a little goes a long way. For one hot cup, stir about 1/4 teaspoon into 8 fl oz of hot water. For a 64 fl oz pitcher, use about 2 teaspoons; for a gallon (128 fl oz), start with about 4 teaspoons. For iced, dissolve the powder in a splash of hot water first, then top with cold water and ice. Scoop lighter for a delicate cup or heavier for something fuller and more aromatic — with a powder you control the strength every time, with no risk of over-steeping or bitterness.
Is there any caffeine in it?
None. Chamomile is an herbal infusion rather than a true tea leaf, so it is naturally caffeine free and suits any hour of the day or evening.
Why is maltodextrin in it?
Maltodextrin is the food-grade, corn-derived carrier that lets the chamomile extract dissolve cleanly in water instead of clumping. It and the chamomile extract are the only two ingredients.
Can I sweeten it?
Yes. It ships unsweetened so you control it — honey, sugar, or a sugar-free syrup all work. Plain, it is zero calories.
How should I store it?

- Medium roast: approximately 55 mg per 2 tsp (about 2.5 grams), or approximately 60 mg per single-serve packet (about 2 grams).
- Dark roast: approximately 75 mg per 2 tsp (about 2.5 grams), or approximately 80 mg per single-serve packet (about 2.8 grams).
- Instant espresso (medium-dark roast): approximately 45 mg per 1 tsp serving. One 3.5 oz pouch makes up to 50 espresso shots.
- Butterscotch Vanilla flavored: approximately 50 mg per 2 tsp (about 2.5 grams).
