How to make it
Use about 1/4 teaspoon per 8 to 10 fl oz of hot or cold water and stir. For iced tea, dissolve the powder in a little hot water first, then top with cold water and ice. For a 64 fl oz pitcher, start with about 2 teaspoons; for a gallon, about 4 teaspoons.

Approximately 35 mg per 1/4 teaspoon for regular black tea, about 30 mg per 1 teaspoon for prebiotic black, and about 0.17 mg for decaf black.
