Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our California warehouse.

U.S. Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $34.99 or more.

• $7.50 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $34.99.

• All Subscribe & Save recurring orders ship free.

• Expedited UPS shipping options are available at checkout, priced by carrier and service.

Standard shipping is usually delivered within 5–7 business days after your order ships.

Where We Ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates for Canada and the United Kingdom are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. For other countries, please visit our International Shipping page.

Order Tracking
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

• If you added Checkout+ (Optional Lost/Stolen Package Protection) at checkout, file a claim through our returns and claims portal here.

• If Checkout+ was not added, email us at hello@wakacoffee.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns and Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return labels are free for orders that included Checkout+; otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
