Easy and Delicious Matcha Cookies Recipe
- 2 ¾ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tbsp Waka matcha powder
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and both sugars, mix until soft and fluffy
Add in eggs and vanilla extract, one at a time, mixing well between each addition.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder until combined
Slowly add in dry ingredients into butter mixture, about ¼ cup at a time
Let dough cool in fridge for about 1 hour
Preheat oven to 375 F
Make cookie dough balls and slightly press down
Bake for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
