Manage your wholesale account
Activate your account
Once your account was approved and you recieved an activation e-mail from us, click on "Activate your account" in your e-mail and choose your password in the account activation page.
Place your wholesale order
1. Once logged in, click the "Wholesale Order Form" button on your dashboard to access our online order form.
Please note: don't click on the "manage subscriptions" button as this function is disabled for wholesale accounts.
2. In the order form, choose the amount of products and quantites you would like to order. Once you met our minimum order treshold and completed your selection, click "update cart" and then "view cart."
Please note: if you want to order both coffee and tea products, you will need to click "update cart" at the bottom of the page before switching to the other collection. Once you finished your selections across both collections click "view cart" to continue.
Your cart page
This is a great opportunity to review your order and make sure you added all the products you need.
Please note: if you haven't met our order minimum, you will be prompted the following message: "Order Requirements Not Met See below for details." You will be able to see more information at the bottom of your cart page.
Once you reviewd your cart and met our order minimum, click on the "checkout" button to continue.
The checkout process
1. After clicking on the "checkout" button in your cart page, you will be redirected to another page to confirm your shipping address. Once filled out, click on the "checkout" button. Please wait while our system is redirecting you to the next page.
