Manage your Waka subscriptions

This guide was created to help you manage your subscriptions (recurring orders). If you haven't subscribed to one of our products yet, please visit this page to learn about the benefits of our program and how to enroll. If you have any questions after reading this guide, please contact us here.

Creating an account

Before you can manage your subscription, you will need to create an account with the same email address you used at checkout when you initially enrolled into recurring orders. Our system will automatically sync your subscriptions with your account.

You can also request an account invite by providing your email address here.

Please make sure to confirm your email address after you register.

Logging In

To manage your subscription, first use this link to log into your account. If you are not automatically directed to your subscription dashboard after logging in, click "Manage Subscriptions" found underneath "Hello, your name!".

Note: when attempting to log into your account that has not been activated, it will say, "No account associated with email." You'll need to activate your associated email and create a password on this page. Once you've done so, you can log in normally and make any changes to your account.

Managing your subscriptions via SMS

Simplify your subscriptions with automated SMS reminders and order management. Choose to manage your subscriptions via SMS in addition to your web portal, or use it instead.

Swapping a product

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Click "Manage Subscription" next to the product you want to swap.

3. On the left side, click on the section that says "PRODUCT."

4. On the right side, click on "SWAP PRODUCT" and search for the product you would like to swap.

4. Update the item quantity, delivery schedule and variant if applicable.

5. Click "UPDATE" to confirm the changes. 

Please note: when swapping to a custom build-your-own bundle, you will be asked to choose the contents of your bundle after you have updated your subscription.

Swapping products in a custom bundle

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Click "Manage Subscription" next to the bundle you want to modify.

3. Click on "UPDATE CONTENTS" and update the bundle contents, delivery schedule, and variant if applicable.

4. Click "SAVE" to save the changes.

Skipping/un-skipping an upcoming order

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Go to "Delivery Schedule."

3. To skip, select "Skip" found to the right of the product you wish to skip.

4. To unskip, select "Unskip" found to the right of the product you wish to unskip.

5. To confirm this change, click "Skip" or "Unskip" in the popup.

Changing charge date

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Click "Manage Subscription" next to the product you want to modify.

3. On the left side, click on the section that says "NEXT CHARGE DATE".

4. On the popup, choose your next shipment date and click "UPDATE NEXT SHIPMENT DATE" to confirm the changes.

5. If you'd like the recurring order to be shipped today, click "ORDER NOW".

Changing delivery schedule

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Click "Manage Subscription" next to the product you want to modify.

3 On the left side, click on the section that says "DELIVERY SCHEDULE".

4. On the popup, choose how often you want your recurring order to be delivered.

5. Click "UPDATE" to confirm your changes.

Adding a product

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Click "ADD A PRODUCT" on the top right.

3. Select the product you would like to add and customize the quantity, frequency, and charge date. You can add a product as a recurrng order or as one-time order.

4. Click "Add Product" to confirm this change.

Removing a product

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Click "Manage Subscription" next to the product you want to cancel.

3. On the bottom left of the page, click "Cancel Subscription" to open the popup.

4. On the popup, select a reason for canceling your subscription. Then, click "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION" to cancel your subscription.

Applying discount code to a subscription order

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Redeem and copy your subscription-specific discount code, then click "Manage Subscriptions".

3. Click "Upcoming Orders".

4. Select "Apply Discount".

5. Paste the code and press "Add Discount" to apply the discount to your upcoming subscription order.

Note: If the system states the code is invalid, it's most likely because you'll need to redeem a reward code that wat created specifically for subscription items. Please contact us via email at hello@wakacoffee.com for assistance. 

Updating shipping address

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Click on "SHIPPING ADDRESSES".

3. In the popup, fill out your shipping information and click "NEXT".

4. Select the payment method for the shipping address and click "ADD SHIPPING ADDRESS" to finish setting up.

Updating your payment method

1. After clicking "Manage Subscriptions" from your account, you should be on the "Subscriptions" page where you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions.

2. Go to "Payment Methods."

3. To update your payment method, select the credit card you would like to update.

4. In the popup, update your payment information and click "UPDATE" to confirm your changes.

5. To add a payment method, click "ADD PAYMENT METHOD."

6. In the popup, add your new payment information and click "ADD PAYMENT METHOD".

7. To switch your subscriptions to the new payment method, select the new payment method and click "MOVE SUBSCRIPTIONS HERE."

8. In the popup, click "MOVE SUBSCRIPTIONS" to confirm your changes.
