Excellent customer service!
I received my first Waka order which included a variety packs of teas, as this was my first time trying it. Also ordered the bamboo spoon. When my order arrived, the spoon was chipped on the end. I took pics & emailed CS. They responded the next day & received replacement order w/a perfect bamboo spoon within just a few days! Love my spoon & loving my teas! Thanks so much!
